Daily: 02:00 – 06:00 and 07:00 – 11:00 LT

Insurance & Payment
  1. We accept Community Based Health Insurance (CBHI), government-exempted services, and cash payments.
  2. Patients are advised to bring valid insurance cards and confirm eligibility at the registration desk before service.
  3. We Provide credit-based medical services for Government, NGOs and religious institution

Documents to Bring
  • National ID or Kebele ID
  • Prior medical records (if available)
  • Current medication list or prescriptions
  • Valid insurance or CBHI card
  • Unique ID Card from Institution who has Credit agreement with Us.
Additional Information
  • Visiting hours may be restricted in critical care units.
  • Only one visitor is allowed per patient during visiting time.
  • Please arrive early to complete registration and screening procedures.
  • Follow hospital rules and infection prevention guidelines at all times.
